Thank you for taking the time to visit my website where my mission is to empower people such as yourself to start a journey towards a life free of back or hip pain. Myself and many others know this can be achieved once we decide to take ownership and accept our pain for that journey to begin.
Spending just 20 minutes each day addressing back and hip problems through relaxed movement, conscious breathing and self-focus really does make a big difference as we harmonise mind and body for a journey of self-discover. It is reported that 80% of back pain is because of the need to relax in this fast paced life we live, which I believe to be true, coupled with maintaining balanced, co-ordinated movement and muscle patterns which change because of pain, but also continued pain is more than the text book design of our internal workings, pain is not just because of injury, bad postural habits and misalignment, but also because of lifestyle, environment, mind-set, emotional wellbeing and losing connection to who we really are.
Stop Back and Hip Pain addresses these issues by working mind and body together to increase our self-awareness which is crucial to staying in the present moment to discover all areas which need to be addressed and with my continued support through newsletters, support groups or email it is possible to peel back the layers to reveal the new you.
